झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन ने सोमवार को अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे पांच सितंबर तक राज्य में 26,000 सहायक शिक्षकों की भर्ती सुनिश्चित करें. सोरेन ने स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कहा कि राज्य सरकार शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है.

यूपी में लोकसभा चुनाव परिणाम पर 25 जून तक यूपी बीजेपी की समीक्षा रिपोर्ट तैयार हो जायेगी, जिसे दिल्ली में होने राष्ट्रीय पदाधिकारियों की बैठक में रिपोर्ट रखी जाएगी. ये रिपोर्ट आज पेश हो सकती है.

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को निचली अदालत से मिली जमानत खारिज करवाने के लिए ED दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट पहुंची, जिस पर सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है और अब इस मामले में आज यानी 25 जून को अपना फैसला सुनाएगा.

देशभर में 25 जून को बीजेपी काला दिवस पर कार्यक्रम करेगी और आपातकाल की घटनाओं को याद करने के साथ ही उस दौरान जेल में बंद रहे लोगों से मुलाकात करेंगे.BJP के राष्ट्रीय मीडिया प्रमुख अनिल बलूनी द्वारा 1975 में कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा देश पर लगाए गए “आपातकाल” के विरोध में “लोकतंत्र के काले दिन” पर BJP के राष्ट्रव्यापी कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की गयी है।आपातकाल के 50 साल पूरे होने के मौके पर BJP के राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा में कहा गया है कि ‘आपातकाल’ भारत के मजबूत लोकतंत्र में एक अविस्मरणीय काला अध्याय है। तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी ने 25 जून, 1975 को देश पर ‘आपातकाल’ लगाया, जो लोकतांत्रिक स्वतंत्रता पर गंभीर अंकुश था। अगले 21 महीनों में, कांग्रेस सरकार ने देश के लोकतंत्र और संविधान को बंदी बनाकर रखा, लोगों, मीडिया और विपक्षी नेताओं पर अनगिनत अत्याचार किए। यह अवधि एकतरफा कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाली अत्याचार का पर्याय बन गई, जहां सभी नागरिक अधिकार समाप्त कर दिए गए और असहमति की आवाजों को अन्यायपूर्ण तरीके से कैद कर लिया गया। आज भी 25 जून 1975 को भारतीय इतिहास में जुड़े इस अभिशप्त पन्ने को पढ़कर गहरा भय उत्पन्न होता है।कांग्रेस पार्टी की तानाशाही और देश के संविधान के प्रति उनकी अवहेलना को उजागर करने के लिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने एक राष्ट्रव्यापी कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है। BJP राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जगत प्रकाश नड्डा 25 जून को दोपहर 12:30 बजे आपातकाल के विरोध में पार्टी के केंद्रीय कार्यालय नई दिल्ली में “लोकतंत्र के काले दिन” मुख्य कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करेंगे।कांग्रेस द्वारा लगाए गए ‘आपातकाल’ के विरोध में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता, पार्टी पदाधिकारी और कार्यकर्ता देश भर में आयोजित कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेंगे। वे देश के सामने यह उजागर करेंगे कि किस तरह कांग्रेस ने संविधान का गला घोंटा, नागरिकों को उनके अधिकारों से वंचित किया, 21 महीने तक विपक्षी नेताओं पर अत्याचार किए, मीडिया को दबाया, सच बोलने वालों को चुप कराया, भारत की लोकतांत्रिक अखंडता को कमजोर किया और आंतरिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम (मीसा) और भारत रक्षा नियम (डीआईआर) के तहत लोगों पर अत्याचार किया।

राजधानी दिल्ली समेत देशभर में मौसम का मिजाज बदल गया है। दिल्ली-एनसीआर से लेकर यूपी, राजस्थान, बिहार समेत कई राज्यों में भीषण गर्मी से राहत मिली है। बारिश और मॉनसून से मौसम सुहावना हो गया है। मॉनसून ने पूर्वी यूपी के कई इलाकों में दस्तक दे दी है। इधर गुजरात की ओर भी मॉनसून बढ़ रहा है। मौसम विभाग ने गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेश, झारखंड, बिहार, यूपी, दिल्ली समेत कई राज्यों में कल यानी 25 जून को बारिश की संभावना जताई है। वहीं अब इन इलाकों में हीट वेब चलने के आसार नहीं हैं। दिल्ली-एनसीआर में पिछले दो-तीन से मौसम सुहावना बना हुआ है। मौसम विभाग ने मंगलवार को भी राजधानी में आंधी-बारिश की संभावना जताई है। IMD के अनुसार कल दिल्ली में अधिकतम तापमान 40 तो न्यूनतम तापमान 31 डिग्री रह सकता है। हालांकि दिल्ली के तापमान में मामूली वृद्धि हो सकती है, लेकिन लू की स्थिति की उम्मीद नहीं है और हल्की आंधी आ सकती है।मौसम विभाग के अनुसार 25 जून को गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेश, झारखंड, और बिहार में मॉनसून के आगे बढ़ने की संभावना है। छिटपुट बारिश और हल्की आंधी का दौर जारी रह सकता है। कई जगहों पर बिजली गिरने की भी आशंका है। इसके अलावा ओडिशा, मराठवाड़ा, छत्तीसगढ़, मध्य प्रदेश, तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश, दक्षिणपूर्व और पूर्वी राजस्थान और उत्तराखंड में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हो सकती है.इसके अलावा पूर्वी भारत और नॉर्थ ईस्ट के राज्यों में भी बारिश होने की संभावना है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, पश्चिम बंगाल, सिक्किम, ओडिशा और बिहार में मध्यम से भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है। असम, मेघालय और त्रिपुरा में भी अच्छी बारिश हो सकती है। इसके अलावा अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह, केरल, तटीय कर्नाटक, कोंकण और गोवा में मध्यम से भारी बारिश की संभावना है।

The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, came into effect to combat cheating in national exams like NEET and UGC NET. Enforced from June 21, 2024, the law aims to ensure fairness and transparency in public examinations. Passed in February, it seeks to prevent the use of unfair means in exams, bringing greater credibility to the process.

NTA Director General Subodh Kumar Singh was removed and placed on “compulsory wait” amid growing allegations of irregularities in NEET and NET exams. Pradeep Singh Kharola, Chairman and MD of India Trade Promotion Organisation, took over as acting NTA DG. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan confirmed ongoing scrutiny of NTA leadership but denied any paper leak in the CSIR-UGC NET, which was postponed a day earlier.

India aims to increase health spending, including clean water and sanitation, to 2.5% of GDP by 2024-25. Despite the central government’s allocation failing to reach 0.8%, states boosted their healthcare expenditure to 1.58% of GDP last year, bringing the combined effort to 2.13%. Public healthcare spending covers health, family welfare, AYUSH, research, and water sanitation. The Centre’s expenditure was only 0.58% of GDP, with 48% spent on water and sanitation. Family welfare allocation dropped to 0.26% of GDP from 0.28% in 2018-19.
